    Site plan or survey showing property boundaries, setbacks, and shed location.

    Per FBC-B 107.3.5, pre-manufactured / prototype plans are exempt except for local site adaptation, foundations, and modifications (Exemption #5). FCC performs this review only when the building department requires plan review or the client opts in.
